THE RENTAL PROCESS
We strive to maintain all of our properties in first class condition so the first step is to ensure that potential tenants meet our criteria to rent from us.

All of our properties are no smoking and no pets are allowed. We require a minimum of a one year lease. Tenants must also meet a verified income requirement and be able to provide us with references.
SECURING YOUR PROPERTY
Once you have decided to rent from us, your property will be secured by submitting an application form and a non-refundable security deposit.

After your references have been successfully obtained, a move-in date can be set. A meeting will also be scheduled to review and sign the lease paperwork.
MOVING IN
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and prepared so there will be nothing for you to do except move in to your new home.
Your first month's rent is pro-rated, you only pay from the day you move in.
